Committing to anything can be a challenge but, I challenged myself to sign up for the Light-Body Academy 7 weeks Cleanse and Reset Program. This was truly an eye-opener. I had no idea what I was signing up for but can truly say it was the best investment I could have made in myself and my health. Through this program I became more disciplined and more international in my choices. I am not going to pretend that it was easy but I had an excellent coach in Chantel who was very supportive, encouraging and always made herself available to answer all my questions. I really liked the program because it was a gradual build-up where you begin by eliminating foods weekly. After the first 2 weeks, I didn't miss the foods I eliminated. To say I wasn't tempted is an understatement but I didn't. I was looking forward to the bigger picture. From week to week my body felt lighter, I felt more energized and yes, the added benefit is that I lost quite a bit of weight. Since the end of this program, I have completed a 7 days coconut cleanse and I am now doing a 30 days fruits challenge. If I had not done the 7 weeks program I know for sure I wouldn't be able to do this. This program is a road map to good healthy living and the good thing is, it is sustainable. Doing the Cleanse Nourish & Reset course helped me to change my lifestyle and give me the knowledge and tools to live a much better and healthier lifestyle. I first did a session with Chantal in her iridology practice. I was 183 lbs at that time. After that visit I was able to make some dietary changes which allowed me to lose 30 lbs. However I was inconsistent and when I learned that LBWC was doing a course having seen my previous results, my interest immediately peaked. I wanted to learn how to create balance and learn new methods of healthier eating including incorporating a raw-food diet into my lifestyle and by that, I mean sun-cooked foods. But I also Learned a little about iridology and understood the basic functions of my body by looking at myself from a wholistic point of view. I would recommend this course to anyone. It has helped me to change my life for the better and I am now on the journey of health.
