Doing the Cleanse Nourish & Reset course helped me to change my lifestyle and give me the knowledge and tools to live a much better and healthier lifestyle. I first did a session with Chantal in her iridology practice. I was 183 lbs at that time. After that visit I was able to make some dietary changes which allowed me to lose 30 lbs. However I was inconsistent and when I learned that LBWC was doing a course having seen my previous results, my interest immediately peaked. I wanted to learn how to create balance and learn new methods of healthier eating including incorporating a raw-food diet into my lifestyle and by that, I mean sun-cooked foods.
